Some facts about me...

I returned to freelancing in 2018  having spent six years as Communications Manager for the International Tourism Partnership and the Youth Career Initiative; both programmes of Business in the Community.

There I was solely responsible for their PR, digital and social communications, web content and marketing materials.

I was editor of the highly respected Green Hotelier magazine.

Besides a specialist understanding of sustainability and responsible business in the hospitality sector, I have extensive knowledge of public sector catering - school dinners, care home & hospital catering - and sustainability in the food service industry.

For 15+ years I've written countless features and articles in national, trade, specialist and B2B media. More recently I've applied my knowledge to a variety of specialist reports and horizon-scanning resources.

You can see some of the reports I've researched and written at the bottom of this page.
